    Have been hoping for a post from you, wondering how you are doing after the op ….

    Guess the photo is not a reflection of your progress, but rather an ironic comment on the world situation. What’s the opposite of joyful?

    Anyway, here are good wishes for you and your legs!

      Well I WAS sitting in the sun drinking a beer in Kamakura as this Pullman pulled up to me so I actually was feeling at least partially joyful while also dealing with difficult family stuff on the phone and thinking about Iran etc etc etc

      Perfume : sweaty but still q nice Ricci Farouche extrait – VERY good on me I must say

      This was me coming back from l’hopital btw with all clear now hideous haematomas have gone down and feeling rambunctious

      went into a hot funk for a while ( and am writing Japan Book ) but will post anon

      I heard it is unusually boiling in England

        I am so pleased that you are improving. Lovely to think you are out and about already, and drinking beer! Yes, it was pretty unbearable here a few days ago and is much cooler now, although disappointingly the heat is set to return. I don’t do well in humidity.

        Ahhh, Farouche. I used to find it went off quite rapidly, so am jealous that your extrait is still wearable. Is there any perfume that you find that smells similar to this?

        Keep getting better.

        It does go off, hideously, especially in spray. I have one very aromatic extrait that is great; sadly it will be short-lived .

    Unfortunately, I am not feeling joyful as Trump is starting a war in the Middle East with Iran.
