Freaky! But it is isn’t it. The couple shot is beautiful. You captured a moment in time there.
I had overlooked it until this morning until I realized the direct look. Quite charming, that one (I couldn’t resist putting up the darker side as well: it ain’t all plumeria and vanilla over there…..)
I always love your photos, you have great eye, but they are sometimes so unsettling.Fascinating though. The dark side always is.
I feel so too….
Excellent collection
Went down like a ton of bricks.
I am too weird for them, Marina.
Mais non! x
mais oui, but fuck’em anway.
Dearest Ginza
Some shots scary, some quite beautiful. Some happy and sad.
Photographic memories of a true adventure.

Part of traveling is seeing the different, unusual and even the weird. But often travel pictures are of the beautiful or historic. Thanks for sharing different aspects of your trip.
Thanks for not screaming and running a mile.
Your posts, which I am enjoying tremendously, have made me reach for something I haven’t opened in a long time. Guerlain’s Mahora.
Ooh yes, I wish I hadn’t given my bottle away to my blasted sister to be honest. Wouldn’t mind a splosh myself!
Scary, strange, beautiful. I love the photos.
I am very pleased to read this.
I love these photos. Each one is totally intriguing and tells its own story. When I look at them, I feel overwhelmed by sounds and textures x

That monkey-boy haunts me. Really disturbing photo, Neil! Please tell me it’s a monkey with a mask!
It is ( which is bad enough! )
It was so freaky it stopped us in our tracks
Oh thank god. A monkey with a mask is freaky enough. Imagine if it wasn’t a mask!
I would have died from the shuddering.
