WOW, what a list! I do have several of them.
Crazy, I know.
I only have TF’s Jasmine Rouge and a tiny bit of Amouage’s Jasmine attar.
I think I need more jasmine. Which one of these embodies the sunny, breezy, non indolic “madhurai” jasmine if India?
I wonder.
I think there are probably inexpensive roll-ons available locally that embody the particular smell you are after perfectly.
Harumph.
The cheap jasmine ittars here reek of indoles (made with oil from flowers past their prime?), grape juice, and straight up linalool. Too reminiscent of sweaty hippy bus trips of my younger days.
I think I will try JM’s White Jasmine & Mint, sounds refreshing. The honey note in her Jasmine Sambac & Marigold gets a little heavy in Monsoon weather.

I actually like Montale Jasmine Full because it starts off fleshy and faux indolic but then dries down to a pure and fresh jasmine note that I like and think you would too.

I adore jasmine. I always thought I didn’t like flowers in my perfume until I smelled A la Nuit and had to have it. I also own and love Jasmin Rouge and Jasmin et Cigarette and I enjoy my samples of Sarassins, Olène and Jasmin Sambac and Marigold. I should try Orio, I have a sample somewhere. I tried Jasmin Antique, but found it overwhelming on the first try. Do you have any new favourites?
